Loren Bolno Donnell
Loren Bolno Donnell has represented employees in employment disputes for 20 years. She has served as class and collective action counsel in high-stakes gender discrimination and wage and hour lawsuits across the country recovering millions of dollars. Loren represents clients with claims of harassment and discrimination (including, but not limited to, sex, race, age, ethnicity, disability, pregnancy, religion, citizenship) and regularly advises on employment agreements, separation agreements, and non-compete agreements.
Before joining Valli Kane & Vagnini LLP in 2026, Loren was a partner at a nationally recognized boutique employment firm known for its civil rights advocacy and has served as Of Counsel and Corporate Counsel. She is past president of the Florida National Employment Lawyers Association and was a member of its executive board for 10 years. She also served as a Senior Editor for the American Bar Association-Bloomberg Wage & Hour Laws (ed. McGillivary).
