The First Step: EEOC
Race discrimination is the number one complaint to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). When you talk to us about your circumstances, we will discuss your options and the process of filing your claim through the EEOC. If the EEOC does not find justifiable cause, there may still be ample reason to negotiate and fight for a fair resolution on your behalf.
