Valli Kane & Vagnini gives you the knowledge, courage and power to fight back!

Cheryl L. Wade – Harold F. McNiece Professor of Law – St. Johns University

I teach law at St. John’s University School of Law.  James Vagnini was a featured speaker at a major conference I organized on race and gender issues in the corporate workplace. Every year I invite James to teach a class in employment discrimination.  James is the highlight of the semester for me and my students.  I invite James because I want my students to hear about the complexity and variety of the cases he so expertly handles.  I most admire the fact that James works extremely hard for his clients in the courtroom and outside of the courthouse.  He is a talented litigator, a patient counselor for his clients, and a civil rights activist who engages the media, politicians and the public in general on the pressing issue of workplace discrimination.

Melissa W. – New York, NY

Sara and her partners got me through the worst two and half years of my life. If I didn’t have them on my side making it so much easier for me I don’t know what I would have done. They are caring, knowledgeable and make you feel like you are the only client. If you have need an attorney, this is who to call.

Marcie S. – Long Island, NY

Sara Kane is a compassionate individual and my experience with her and her associates was very gratifying. Most importantly, they took time to listen to me and then they went to bat for me and provided me with a fabulous outcome. I will be forever grateful. This firm is the one you should choose.

On April 4, 1968, at 6:01 p.m., Dr. Martin Luther King leaned over the balcony at the Lorraine Motel in Memphis, TN to request that Ben Branch play “Precious Lord” at the evening rally. A shot rang out and our 20th century Moses would never speak again. The tragic assassination of the Dreamer killed the Dreamer but not the Dream. Therefore, on Monday, April 4, 2011 at 5:30 p.m. at Dallas City Hall, please join us to continue Dr. King’s dream by supporting Dallas Sanitation Workers and their struggle for a living wage. Dallas is one of the richest cities in the world and shamefully pays sanitation workers minimum wage with no benefits. Dr. King lost his life fighting for the sanitation workers of Memphis, TN, 43 years ago. Forty-three (43) years later, Dallas sanitation workers are the only sanitation workers of a major city making minimum wage with no benefits. I plead with you to please join us at 5:30 p.m., Monday, April 4, 2011 at Dallas City Hall to stand witness for justice and human decency. These are people that Jesus called the “least of these.” For more information, please contact Peter Johnson at 214-636-7267or 214-948-3893. Yours Always in the Struggle, Reverend Peter Johnson, Institute for Non-Violence.

I want to sincerely thank James, Monica, and the entire Valli Kane & Vagnini Law Firm for their passionate commitment to fight against discrimination! I personally interviewed with three well known reputable discrimination law firms, who all wanted to represent me and my case. It was an easy choice to select Valli Kane &  Vagnini Law Firm and James specifically! Corey Leach — Long Island, NY

James Vagnini was heaven sent when it came to me and my co-workers case. I could not find a firm that would take our case for the life of me. After calling around and hearing about 10 no's, I reached out to James and confused as he was regarding the matter as the others were, he had me come down and we went through document after document. The issue was complicated, but James and his partners Sara & Rob worked vigorously to make sure that we came away from the table satisfied with the outcome. James kept me well-informed throughout the process and I even learned a thing or two about labor law. I would not trade this firm in for any other firm out there. You will not go wrong with Valli Kane & Vagnini.
